2026학년도 1학기 수강포기신청 시행에 대해 아래와 같이 안내드리며, 궁금한 사항에 대해서는 붙임 매뉴얼과 FAQ 안내를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

가. 2026학년도 1학기 수강포기신청 일정
1) 신청 기간: 2026. 03. 24.(화) 10:00 ~ 2026. 03. 26.(목) 09:00 (개강 4주차)
2) 3차 폐강 일자: 2026. 03. 26.(목) 17:00
* 수강포기로 인한 수강인원이 0명인 교과목에 한하여 3차 폐강 처리
나. 수강포기신청 한도: 1학기 최대 9학점까지 허용
다. 수강포기신청 절차
1) 신청메뉴: 포털 > 학적/졸업 > 성적사항 > 수강신청 과목포기 > 포기신청 클릭
2) 별도 승인 절차는 없으며, 수강생 본인이 신청 및 확인
3) 수강포기신청 기간 중 수강포기신청한 과목을 '철회'할 수 있음
4) 수강포기신청 기간 이후에는 최종 수강포기 신청내역에 따라 확정 처리됨
라. 수강포기신청 유의사항
1) 수강신청학점 이월 여부
- 수강포기 학점은 다음 학기의 수강가능 학점으로 이월되지 않습니다.
2) 등록금 산정 미반영
- 초과학기 이수자 포함, 수강포기로 인한 수강이수학점 변동은 등록금액 감면 등 등록금 산정에 반영되지 않습니다.
3) 수강포기제한 과목
가) 1학년 필수이수 과목으로서 일괄 수강배정과목
나) 실험·실습 및 유연학기 설정과목
다) 그 외 팀프로젝트 과목 등 교과 목적 및 운영상 수강취소 제한 필요성 있는 과목
4) 이수학점 요건 부족 시 불이익
- 수강포기로 인해 이수학점 요건이 부족할 경우, ①졸업요건, ②성적관련 포상(학기 (최)우등생 선정 등)과 ③다음학기 초과 수강신청 대상에서 제외될 수 있으니 관련 기준들에 대해 미리 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
5) 장학금 요건 유의
- 수강포기로 인해 국가장학금 등 장학금 선발 대상 선정 시 이수학점 요건 미충족으로 선발에서 제외되는 등 불이익이 발생할 수 있으니 개별 장학금 요건에 대해 미리 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
6) 유연 수강신청 학점제 적용
- 유연 수강신청 학점제 시행에 따라 학년도 내에서 최대 3학점까지 선사용 및 이월이 가능하나, 학기 초 수강정정 기간까지의 최초 수강신청 학점을 기준으로 적용하므로 수강포기로 학점이 축소된 사항은 반영하지 않습니다.

<Notice on Course Withdrawal(Drop) for the 2026 Spring Semester>
Please be advised of the following guidelines regarding the course withdrawal application for the Spring 2026 Semester. For further inquiries, please refer to the attached manual and FAQ document.
A. Schedule for Course Withdrawal Applications for the Spring 2026 Semester
1) Application Period: March 24, 2026 (Tue) 10:00 ~ March 26, 2026 (Thu) 09:00 (Week 4 of the semester)
2) Third Course Cancellation: March 26, 2026 (Thu) 17:00
* Courses with 0 remaining students due to withdrawals will be subject to the 3rd course cancellation.
B. Withdrawal Credit Limit: Maximum of 9 credits per semester
C. Application Procedure
1) Menu Path: Portal > Registration/Graduation > Course Withdrawal Application
2) No separate approval is required. Students are responsible for their own application and final confirmation
3) Applications can be canceled or amended during the designated withdrawal
4) All entries will be finalized automatically based on the record at the close of the application period.
D. Important Notes
1) Credit Carryover
- Credits from withdrawn courses cannot be carried over to the following semester's credit limit.
2) Tuition Adjustments
- Changes in registered credits due to withdrawal (including for students in extra semesters) will not be reflected in tuition calculations or result in refunds.
3) Drop-Limit Courses
a) Required first-year courses assigned via batch registration
b) Laboratory, practicum, and flexible semester courses
c) Team-project-based courses or other subjects restricted for educational/operational purposes
4) Disadvantages Regarding Credit Requirements
- If a withdrawal leads to a credit shortage, students may be disqualified from ①Graduation eligibility, ②Academci honors, and ③Eligibility for extra creidt registration in the following semester. Please review these criteria in advance.
5) Scholarship Eligibility
- Withdrawal may lead to disqualification from scholarships(including national scholarships) if the minimum credit requirement is not met. Students must verify individual scholarship requirements beforehand.
6) Flexible Credit System
- While the Flexible Credit System allows carrying over or pre-using up to 3 credits per academic year, it is based on the initial credits registered by the end of the add/drop period. Reductions in credits due to withdrawal will not be reflected inthis system.
