4. Abstract: Computer vision has made great advances in understanding objects through various tasks such as object classification, segmentation, tracking, and pose estimation. However, investigating these vision tasks without embodied agents, such as robotic agents, is insufficient to address the problems that can be faced in the real world. In this seminar, I will give an overview of the research challenges our group is working on, specifically about how computer vision is used for our robotic manipulation scenarios.
