<Spatial Computing Technology for XR>
With the release of the Apple Vision Pro this year, interest in spatial computing technology has increased and the XR business is taking off. MAXST has been developing spatial computing technology for XR for 13 years since its founding and competing globally. In this seminar, the latest spatial computing technology and XR business are introduced.
<연사 약력>
Kyusung Cho is CTO and Vice President at MAXST, an XR and spatial computing technology company. Dr. Cho received his B.S.(2002), M.S.(2005), and Ph.D.(2011) degrees in computer science from KAIST, where he researched vision-based tracking and machine learning for AR. He served as a senior researcher at Advanced UX Team in Samsung Mobile for 3 years (2011-2013) and as a senior researcher at CG&Vision Team in ETRI for 3 years (2013-2016). His current research areas include XR and spatial computing technology such as vision-based tracking, SLAM, and 3D Reconstruction.
