외국인장학금(재학생) 신청 안내
1. 신청 자격
- 2023학년도 2학기 기준 일반대학원 재학생 중 외국인전형으로 입학한 자
* 초과학기/연구학기/휴학 예정자는 신청 불가
* 정부초청장학생 및 공동/복수학위자 제외
- 각 장학금별 지원 조건을 충족하는 경우만 지원이 가능함(2번의 지원 조건 참조)
- 장학금은 매 학기 신청해야 함에 유의
2. 지원 조건
- 지원조건Ⅰ: 2023학년도 1학기 GPA (2023년 7월 발표 예정)
* 성적이 기준에 미달할 경우 장학금 지원이 취소됨
* 신청 시점에 GPA가 확정되지 않았으므로, 장학금을 중복하여 신청 가능함
(단, 중복 선발 불가)
- 지원조건Ⅱ: 외국인학생 필수교육이수 (①성폭력예방교육, ②한국법강령이해교육)
* 외국인학생 대상의 필수교육이수 증빙서류를 제출해야 장학금 신청이 가능함
* 수강 방법, 증명서 발급 등은 첨부의 포스터 참고
3. 신청 방법 및 결과 확인방법
- 신청 기간: 2023. 06. 01(목) ~ 06. 30(금)
- 신청 방법: 포털접속 → 로그인 → 등록/장학 → 장학 → 대학원 장학금 신청
- 제출 서류 (아래의 서류를 1개의 파일로 업로드)
① 장학금 신청서 및 역량기술서 1부
② 외국인학생 필수교육이수 증빙서류 각 1부(①성폭력예방교육, ②한국법강령이해교육)
* 수강 방법, 증명서 발급 등은 첨부의 포스터 참고
- 결과 발표: 2023년 8월 중 포털 - 장학금 수혜내역 확인
* 선발은 종합적인 학업능력을 평가하여 각 단과대학에서 진행하므로, 소속 대학 행정실로 문의
4. [비고] 각 단과대학별 인문사회계/자연공학계 장학금액
- 해당 내용은 각 대학 사정에 따라 추후 변동 가능
- 학생 소속 단과대학은 홈페이지(https://graduate.korea.ac.kr/department/major.html)에서 확인 가능
1. Eligibility
- Foreign graduate school students who will register for their regular semester in the Fall 2023.
* Students who will register for their additional semester for credit earning, research semester
or who will supposed to have a leave of absence as of 2023 fall semester are not eligible.
* GKS scholars and joint/dual degree students are not eligible.
- All requirements(please refer to the ‘2. Requirements’) for application should be met.
- Students should apply for the scholarship every semester.

Requirement Ⅰ: GPA for 2023 Spring semester (To be announced in July 2023)
* If GPA doesn’t meet the requirements, the application will be cancelled automatically.
* The GPA is not confirmed as of the application period, students can apply
one or more type scholarships.(However, the students can receive only one type of scholarships.)
- Requirement Ⅱ: Completion of Compulsory Education for Foreign Students
(①Sexual Violence Prevention Education and ②Understanding Korean Laws and Regulations Education)
* From Fall 2023, only those students who already complete to take compulsory courses
can apply for the scholarships.
* Please check the attatched files for how-to sign up the courses and how-to get a certificate
of completion.
3. Scholarship Application Procedure and Result Announcement
- Application Period: 1st June(Thu) - 30th June(Fri), 2023
- How to Apply:
Visit KUPID → Login → Registraion/Scholarship → Scholarship → Register the Scholarship

- Required Documents (Merge those below documents to one file and upload.)
① Application form and Statement of ability for an applicant
② Certificate of completion for each Compulsory Education for Foreign Students
* Please check the attatched files for how-to sign up the courses and get a certificate of completion.
- Result Announcement:
In August, 2023 / KUPID - Scholarship - Scholarship/Student Loan Recipients
* A Scholarship could be changed or rejected according to the overall evaluation by each
department. Please contact your department office regarding the detailed information.
4. Benefits of the Type B and C scholarships by each college
- It could be changed by each department’s plan.
